The World
Scavengers takes place in the Northeast region of the US 500 years in the future. The landscape, eroded by centuries of dilapidation and climate collapse now sits at the intersection of ancient ruin and tropical dry forest.
The Tech
The tech of the world is utilitarian. Though in the future there are able to harness energy efficiently, it is still scarce. The tech in Scavengers reflects that; scanners, robots, drones, are only there to fulfill their core directives, no extravagance.
